Hear what BodyRail users have to say:

“The Bodyrail is really a great machine! You can do so many more exercises with much more resistance than the Total Gym. The Bodyrail even folds up nicely for storage.  I would recommend the Bodyrail to anyone!”

Jeff G., Crystal Lake, IL

“Let me tell you this machine is great. I am a female who did not have any upper body strength. The workout I get is great. I have not done a whole lot of the exercises because I have found a few that really work such as chest press and pull ups. Having a home gym has saved me a lot of time since I used to go to the gym at 5 am before work. I have lost over 20 lbs and have about 20 more to go. Everyone thinks I look great.”

Kathi G., Wando, SC

“My father was a pro body builder and I spent many hours in the gym with him while growing up. The BodyRail is a user friendly piece of equipment that will get you in shape quickly and will keep you coming back for more. Its fun and totally worth the price! Enjoy!”

Ray S., Newcastle, CO

“The Bench press is more effective because you can get proper placement of the hands, and sliding the bar through the handles provides a nice alternative… in short the Bodyrail provides a superior workout”

Robert B., Seattle, WA

“I’m using it 4-5 times a week “

James W.,  Austin, TX

“The BodyRail affords a wide range of head to toe exercises that really put my body to the test”

Blane B., Phoenix, AZ

“Not only do I use the Bodyrail, but my 17 year old son uses it also saving me even more. The website exercise demos really helped to learn the way to use the Bodyrail for the best results. I’m so glad I came across your website.  “

Linda L., Sterling Heights, MI

“Very good workout machine for me because I have had 2 shoulder surgeries from a softball injury. I especially like the pull-up push-up capabilities”

John B., Mocksville, NC

“BodyRail put a big smile on my face. Smooth, more demanding, better feel”

Kelly B., Zanesville, OH

“While looking for an in home total body fitness machine I liked the concept of the popular Total Gym. That is using your own body weight as resistance, while being able to do multiple exercises. The BodyRail seemed to be a far superior machine to the Total Gym found in Dept. and large Sporting Goods Stores.  By sliding the bar through the top sleeve you can simulate    pullups and chinups. When you put the bar in the bottom sleeve and push yourself up you simulate shoulder presses. By using the direct tension cables a few slots above the rail you can work virtually your entire upper body with exercises such as rowing, concentration curls, chest presses, tricep extensions, reverse butterflies and much more. When you put the cables below the rail and use the ankle straps you can do your leg extensions and leg curls. The leg extensions I found to be on par with any leg extension machine I’ve used in a gym. A great total body workout regardless of your fitness level”

Larry P., Rolling Meadows, IL

“The BodyRail is safer and more versatile than any piece of exercise equipment that I have seen in my 12 years in the health and fitness industry.  The adjustable seat height and numerous angles of resistance give you endless possibilities”
